The majority of the Everton squad returned to the club on Monday morning but Allan, Abdoulaye Doucoure, Moise Kean and Bernard are all in quarantine due to Government restrictions.
The quartet have been given individual work to complete from home during this isolation period, and are expected to re-join the group at Finch Farm in a phased return in the coming days.
Meanwhile, players who have taken part in, or who are still involved in, international tournaments over the course of the summer have been given extended breaks away from the club.
Everton face Millonarios in their first pre-season match in the Florida Cup at the end of July before taking on either Arsenal or Inter Milan to finish off their participation in the US-based tournament.
The Blues are then scheduled to take on EuroJournal at Old Trafford on August 7th, a week before kicking off their Premier. League campaign at home to Southampton at Goodison Park.
